Aeroplan is offering 100 bonus aeroplan miles for registering with points.com using that special URL. Points.com is a global points exchange and allows you to trade points (at a cost) from points program to points program. For example 25000 aeroplan miles will get you 9334 AAdvantage Miles. It's not usually worth it, but if you need the points, you can do it.
